That's my old stock BP , and dial was f ortunately mint after this , I could reuse dial, hands, and dwo of this were immaculate. LOL. Later I had done several mod work on that, and after that it was stunning. With proper gaskets and TC crown and tube it had passed more than 100 meters test then :)

Thanks :D ha ha ha

In my case was a stock BP SD and wasn't tested before put in the sea water, but you can do this with all watches, and it's really simple to do:

-unscrew the crown and put this in thir position

-Put the watch in water for 5 minutes

-remove the watch from water

-enjoy the awesome rusty patina LOL
Thanks for the instructions will try it right away!

When I first joined I read this whole thread from beginning to end as I have done with a lot of threads on this forum. Because I want to learn and asking for one person's experience or perspective is lame when there are years of posts from different people who may have discovered different things over the years. I know the history and formulas for a successful build. I know who has done it and how and why. I also learned a ton about the genuine along the way.

Hey @Maron how about that Jackass telling everyone how to take a picture clearly for his self centered benefit. That same clown posted a picture of T an G brand to prove they were the same...TOTAL IDIOT!

I read this while thread as well, some of it more than once.

Common sense is not a flower that grows in everybody's garden. I'm sorry but both those threads were just plain stupid.

To me, I find it pretty much similar. Oil it, perhaps it might turn out better.
Is it any better than the BP bracelet or pretty much the same?
All I have read so far is that the BP is crap so was just wondering if the JF was any better.

It is probably better than a bp bracelet because the sel on bp is "hump", plus usually the link next to the clasp gets stuck.

Downside to jf bracelet is it falling apart on you.

Definitely a viable option in the absence of a tc

I noticed in another thread you asking about a click spring and changing the crystal. All that info is in this thread. I highly recommend that you spend an hour researching. The bpsd is fantastic and more so with a few mods.

There's only one modder who can modify the case to take a gen spec crystal
