What's your trick? I am trying to improve my SEL fit as well. Is this a gen bezel? The cuts on the bezel are amazing

No trick really went through different Sel ends BP & TC (Older bracelets ) and now I got two that's close ,I'm sanding on the lower Sel to get it better
I can't get my hands on any new TC sub bracelets . So I'm using a mixture of TC v5 bracelet and BPSD bracelets
The Bezel is BPSD with a little filling I done on it to mod the scallops

And even after all that, (Changing and sanding) still get mixed results, but will have to do until I can find a few TC sub and SD bracelets that had wide sel's that have to be filed and sanded just to fit between the lugs ,in order to eliminate the gap between lugs and the sel's

This is the best I could get. I had to sand the lower SEL a bit so the lower part comes closer to the case. The result is that the the SEL will sit recessed on the end while the part which connects to the case is more flush. After that I got a little bit of play and I put a piece of tape on one side of the springbars to press the SEL down and towards the case. It has no gaps and play at all now but it could be more recessed. I think it is more about the hole and how the lugs are formed. I wish I could get it fit like a TC..

How did you sand th scallops? It looks very good and the only thing left to mod on my SD are the scallops.

Your Sel fit looks great mate. It's tricky that you don't sand to much off to cause gaps and it not sitting flush.lol

Now the scallops is a total different beast, you have to take the bezel off the watch take the insert out.
And use a certain file in one direction at certain angle. I addvise not to do this if you get nervous easy or in a hurry for time. I used a triangle mini file for this

Very very light strokes all the way around until you get desired look. Then light buffing with some jewelry past to de burr, polish

Now that TC is on break.. are the phong hands and phong bracelet ($200) worth it, or better look somewhere else?

Yeah just a tiny bit of filing on the bottom part of the SEL.

On your picture it looks like that the cuts on bezel are horizontal. I assune you did not move the file up and down?

@Mr Smith I really appreciate your help buddy! :)

I tried to mod the bezel of one of my crap subs where I try every mod before doing them on my franken and I failed so bad haha. It is so hard to follow the curves of the scallops-
