BP Seadweller.. Best SD available Period

Yeah I have a Helson Skindiver and Ocean7 LM-5 both with Miyota 9015's - both have been solid without problems. I'm not sure if you can break the date wheel on a Miyota 9015 by changing the date between 9-3 like on a 2836 or 2824 though.

You can't break the date wheel on the 2824 or 2836 no matter what time it is. Only applies to the ETA 7750 movements.

I have once set the date on my 2836 DSSD @23:45, I was forgot the rule upon setting the date, after I set it the date is misaligned badly, but after a few turns on the crown (first setting time position and then winding position) back and forth the date is back to normal, of course after I reset the date again.

That's what I meant - I broke the date function where it would flip at 3 on my Noob BPFF 2836 by screwing around like above and had to have it fixed. Not sure if the Miyotas have the same problem. Anyways, either movement is great in the BPSD!

Yes TC dw fit A2836 but is not easy to fit it.

That's the modern 116600. The one we're talking about here is the classic 16600

thats got to be it, just ask for the Classic 16600 Sea Dweller with whatever movement you want. Sead has a way better price and the PT picture must be old because the CGs are much bigger and better now days.

Don't be shy with the pictures Thrasher! Looks great. Did you do a paint mod on the caseback? All mine came off rather quick but I'm not bothered by it

Come on [MENTION=82129]Thrasher[/MENTION]! We need more pics than that. That bezel looks really good as far as blingyness. Would like at least one macro shot from the crown side showing the bezel.

What hands did you get again?

I am still looking for a stock dial and some "white" hands. Haha

I used the TC 16600 Dial and hands but I should of got the V2s, Maybe if Adrian works the bezel once he gets his machine up and running i will have him change the hands. I'm beginning to think I will have VAC do a 2X AR crystal for this as I love the one on my TC LV.

I gotta send you Al and You Maron a PM when I get to work , not funny but got me into tearing apart a cartel and learning a lot fast.

Here's mine. BP SD with TC dial, hands and bracelet. Only thing that bothers me is the CP "hole" on the seconds hand. It's bigger than on the gen. Anyone here who knows a replacement for this hand? That matches the TC hour and minute hand? Or should i try to live with it?
