It has the Miyota 9015 option too!
I have 2 gens with the Miyota 9015 and have been pretty happy with that movement.

bro.. u mean... Gen rolex comes in miyota movement too? (pardon me.. i'm quite a noob.... Gen = genuine right?)

He means he has two affordable gen watches with the Miyota. Of course rolex doesn't use a Miyota

toro site is selling much higher..

Sead selling $219 plus shipping... which i wonder whether "plus Shipping" already factor inside $219 or is it $219 exclude shipping...
never buy from him before... also curious on the warranty duration he giving...

msg him but yet to get an answer.... :(

Yeah I have a Helson Skindiver and Ocean7 LM-5 both with Miyota 9015's - both have been solid without problems. I'm not sure if you can break the date wheel on a Miyota 9015 by changing the date between 9-3 like on a 2836 or 2824 though.

Yeah mine was stock too and was loving it too until I went into a saltwater heated pool for 30 min (was treated a year ago but I suspect that helium release valve on the left side) and collected some fog residue internally...out to Strodda for some cleaning and more intensive water treatment.

How is the rotor noise and stutter of the 9015. I have the 8215 no real stutter but I can really heart that rotor spanning.

The hev is faux so I don't think that could be the culprit
