I just spoke to Tag and we are putting in a new Swiss 2836, mine came with the big spacer and a 2824, After Adrian reworks the Rehaut/case and puts in the new crystal it can come back to America for assembly!

WSO Crystal and gasket $49.90 Adrian checked it against what he had and said its excellent. that's good enough for me, we had a funny little accident along the way that has delayed this project but Adrian is sorting it out.

Hi guys I have a bp sea dweller on its way to me.

I want to fit a genuine 16600 bezel insert can anyone confirm that this will fit the BP bezel and could somebody please give me the part number of the exact bezel insert I need.

Much appreciated.

Yes it will fit. You should probably read the 10 pages or more before this, I think you will learn a lot. You can get Genuine inserts from BK or from the Rolex Forum but use a different screen name and don't talk about reps in there. Forget the part number just look for a 16600 insert

Do dealers sell bp inserts the watch I've just bought from M2M has a scratched insert.

A BP one will do me for now.

It doesn't hurt to ask, I got a 16610 gen insert from him. But I got my sea-dweller insert and crown off The Rolex Forum.

I thought the Font on my BP was a bit fat and I have seen some on here that looked even fatter.
Yeah it may not be consistent mine is noticeably fatter than gen. Will 99.9 % of gen population notice nope but for me it bugs me

I don't suppose anyone in the know would be willing to make a list of tools you need to say take apart a 1675 or 16610 and remove the dial hands etc and change the movement..ie, then put it all back together maybe even include a crystal press and i saw a press that puts hands on.

Here's the absolute cheapest way to go. Duct tape to open the case back. Small screwdriver to remove the movement tabs. 1.2mm screwdriver to remove the crown/stem (assuming an ETA/clone). Hand removal tool to remove hands. Small screwdriver to loosen dial feet retainers. You can use any number of things to replace the hands including a ball point pen insert, a small coffee stir from McDonalds, and a round wooden toothpick cut in half works fine for the second hand. It's recommended to remove the rotor first if you're doing any serious movement work.

3M Sticky notes work fine for both dial protectors and the sticky edge can help you re-install the hands.

You can buy a crystal press from Harbor Freight for about $8.

The TC bracelet is a must for the BPSD. You might need to file/sand the TC endlinks a micro bit so it will fit. It was easy for me to do and I'm not very good at that stuff.
