BP Seadweller.. Best SD available Period

so tc dial and hand set came in today, to swap into the bp case? to use them to assemble my noob ssd v2with an eta 2836 and a bk dwowell gents she's finally in the conus from her trip to europe. this is the bpsd sead posted a week or so ago only got one decent pic and she mounted to the tc bacelet after 15-20 min or so of filing down the side of one of the sel
swiss movment with decorated rotor.
anyone have a spare click spring lying around and possiblt an insert this one has a gnarly gap all the way around

Hi youyou, welcome to posting. Where have You been the last 2 Years? TC is a pro who makes the best quality 16610 Submariner at a bit above $500. BP is just a factory (like Noob-maker, the contrahent) who produce different versions of the same watch, some look better others are better built. Supermirrors is a TD who sells the BP factory SD for about $200. Get this first and stay with it as is or later You may always upgrade it or still buy the TC-version. Imho You can read a lot but just understand what´s written when You see/feel/compare a watch You actually do have. Welcome to RWI and now pls don´t ask what a TD is. :cheers:
For those who have the 21j movement, I would like to ask, if you turn the crown clockwise when setting the time, does the hands turn clockwise too? I have the a2836 and its the other way.

I bought a load of TC parts to mod this watch (Dial and hands, DWO V4, Crown and tube, and bracelet)
Is there anything else some of the Gurus might recommend before i send it for modding??

When setting the time on a 21j, If you turn the crown clockwise, the hands move counter clockwise.
I asked that question more or less several pages ago and didn't get an answer. What does your 21j come with? I bought a plain BPSD case and found the regular ETA movement ring obviously doesn't fit so I used an old plastic movement ring that worked perfectly. I've been wondering if these come with a plastic ring or metal from the factory.
More than likely the same 21j spacer will work with an ETA since they are both the same ligne size. If the BP case is same as gen, as I've been hearing, the TC spacer should work as well.
Gen insert fits fine. Usually, so does Clark's if you know how to do it.
