Watch is 15.48mm thick, 1mm + compared with gen, this probably because of rep thicker crystal I guess

Will this take gen crystal?

Since you have the caliper, do you know if the diameter of the 16600 is an exact 40mm? Thank you!

16600 vs 16610 / both bp/ same “batch” (Jan 2024)
I didn’t had my glasses on to put it micro nanometer exactly on the bezel teeth but take plus / minus 0.10 - 0.15mm and that’s it

The previous version of the BP 16600 would not take a Gen spec crystal. It can be done with a little machining work and or a whole lot of UV glue. I haven’t seen any info on someone taking one of these new ones apart Yet.

I seriously doubt it. They still haven’t switched to a genuine style bezel assembly. The last version of this watch wouldn’t take a genuine crystal either. you can modify the case to make it work but that’s probably beyond the ability of the average person here.

This new breed has the bezel hold from a wire and a really big Cklickspring Wire. Bracelet is wrong, Crystal shape wrong and Caseback engravings are too smal!

They are not. It’s definitely a different case.
