Thank you. Ordering the BP LV regardless - will probably still order the bezel insert and try sanding it down - gonna make sure to share progress when it comes to it.BP does not take gen spec inserts, you'd have to sand it down.
May i ask where you sourced the hands from and how the lume is matching? The pic in the post above yours (with blue insert) is a BP LV dial.
BP 16610 dials have long been top tier, sought after for Frankens or TC replacement dials.
Here's a couple 3135 LV shots before and after hands replacements.
They are BP factory 16610 LN hands bro, sourced through a TD. Lume match is perfect.May i ask where you sourced the hands from and how the lume is matching?
Thanks so much, might go for that. As thats the biggest tell in my opinion. They are BP factory 16610 LN hands bro, sourced through a TD. Lume match is perfect.
I got the same, but I knew it, in the Trusty Time description it says "Hollow Mid Links"
Hahah so I’m not the only one! Damn I thought I had a BP parts bin frankenstein one of one, lol.I got the same, but I knew it, in the Trusty Time description it says "Hollow Mid Links"
btw wasn't a big deal for my self, i have just bushed it with scotch brite...
True, currently asking Elliot if he can source an extra handset from the LN before i orderHour hand is too thick I believe. Hard to tell from your photo with the seconds hand in the way
If you don't like it you can easily brush the mid link, believe me (it was the first time for me) the polished part came off like a butter with scotch brite, you just have to be careful to make fairly straight and fast movements, maybe do some tests on a cheap bracelet before...Hahah so I’m not the only one! I wonder if the bracelet will fit my BP 16710 and vice versa. PCLs on the 16710 will be interesting to try… if it doesn’t fit, I guess I can break out the sanding blocks.
