Here are my QC pics from puretime. Can anyone comment on the 3 and 9 oclock markers? They seem a little skewed/misaligned but not sure if its just the angles. RL or GL?

the 3 marker looks like it might be crooked to my eyes but im not quite sure, its hard to tell; all the others look good though. which TD are those QC pictures from? resolution seems pretty good.

I agree that everything else looks good. Used puretime, only issue I have so far is that the QC pics were a bit skewed hence hard to tell if the hour markers are actually wonky or its just the photo angle.

Does look like the lume is fixed too. Been wearing mine for the last few days, love it. The lume issue really doesn't bug me at all. Nor the stem.

I've just tried the gen and am I glad I did...I find it way too small for my wrist. I know it's not a popular opinion, but I find the 41mm better. I just wish that one was thinner..

From this picture it looks really ok for size, I think.
Perhaps your eyes are simply used to seeing something bigger there, making this watch look tiny, which it really isn't.

It wears bigger on the bracelet.

I own a 39mm watch and I find it perfectly fine ( Rolex Explorer 1 ), but I guess that's because it has a very thin bezel and therefore appears bigger than its size on paper might suggest. And it's on a bracelet too, so that's another thing to factor in.

I know I might get used to it, but it just didn't do anything for me, it felt..dunno..plain..simple..It definitely didn't feel like a luxury watch. I put on my new VSF Omega SMP 300m after trying it and it felt like a proper watch compared to the 58. One thing I did love about it was the bezel action. Boy was that a great feeling, can't describe it really, but it felt very solid and well made, precise clicks with 0 play. It puts ZF Tudor reps to shame.

I like my Tudor GMT more, but wish it was a tiny bit thinner.

Does anyone know whether the lume on the hands and the lume on the dial markers are the same colour? Looking through the various QC pictures and the colour seems to be off.

No. That’s been one of the main issues with this watch since launch. I did get in touch with Puretime, they didn’t know when ZF factory would be getting around to address the problem unfortunately. Having said that, the latest QC shots in this thread look much improved.

It's absolutely stunning, the crown tube is a non-issue and the lume was fixed on my watch to a point where I can't see any difference in any lighting.
Looks great congrats! Which TD did you pick it up from?

I don't understand this eternal question "which TD did you get it from"...Every single TD can get every single watch, especially the popular ones.

To me it looks like some TDs still have a few of the initial batch - with the mis-matched lume. Hence the question.

Also, look at these two from Puretime. Both purchased by members in this thread within a short timeframe of each other. Not only has the lume match improved, the tube height looks shorter too.

Oh boy! That sure looks like an improved version! Why isn't that a V2?
