Puretime staff can be a bit nasty indeed.
But, I trust they don´t cheat.
I think it is not really good if you
have to contact the boss,
and
only the boss, to get things sorted out.
Most recently, PT´s team also did not react properly to a complain
of mine, imho, so I contacted Angus directly.
He reacted extremely fast (even on a Sunday!), and very gentleman like.
This is how I know Angus, a man of his word.
I feel a bit sad that his team seems to need to learn how to better
handle problems.
Personally, I cannot understand how one can wait 3 or 4 months
before reporting a problem, while placing more and more orders
all the time with the same dealer.
You should give Angus a chance to respond, usually, there are
2 sides of any story like this.
I am eager to learn about the PAM386, to be honest. I cannot
imagine PT sent out that watch with upside-down CG.
