Great work with this pics mate ! It really looks ugly and it ..obviously.. could be easily avoided by the factory, but who knows for sure.
However I think on the wrist will be not that terrible like in this ultra magnified pics (at least I hope so cos I just bought the V2S ahaha)

Well tbh i have seen productions in germay of certain factorys going wrong a whole working shift because quality worker was not doing proper work creating trashparts worth a shit ton of money. So i guess it's possible in china that they just did not see it until they have produced a massive amount of cases. And of course they will first sell off all of them until doing new ones because they will sell them anyway.

I don't care to argue with you, it's pointless, keep your ideas no problems.

Just don't tell anymore to me or others to shut up, cos is provoking and annoying. This is not your forum
Cheers

Can you even read? I specifically said that I'm not asking you to shut up (not sure why you're mentioning others), just not to pass your opinions as facts. It's not meant to be provoking it's meant to make sure people on this forum are well informed and can tell the difference between someone's opinion and facts. For someone who's only been around a few months, you're definitely full of certainties and arrogance. Maybe you could be a little more humble for a change? Cheers

This is a much more plausible explanation indeed

Please refer to your own pictures, notice how the font of the second "X" is different? The repetitive "ROLEX" font on the entire rehaut is with horizontal lines on each end of the "X". While the serial number "X" is just a plain "X" as seen in this forum font without the horizontal extensions at the ends.

The other point you made about the spacing:
In your pictures the serial number is "M092441" = 7 digits. Hence there is a bit more gap from the serial number placement and both the "ROLEX" on either side of the serial number.
On the other hand, ZZF serial number is "X7L81940" = 8 digits. Hence there is a bit less gap from the serial number placement and both the "ROLEX" on either side of the serial number.

With all this talk and focus on the serial number, I really do hope ZZF makes a real random serial number generator to use on the rehaut and avoid the number starting with X

I'm sorry but I don't agree.
it is true that the serial number is 8 digits and this could easily start with an X even in the gen, but the problem creates it as it is too close to the Rolex wording, so much as to make it look like a continuation, generating the optical effect of an X " in addition "and therefore the word Rolexx.
here are some examples with two rehaut gen and that of the V2S

you are right regarding the 7-digit serial; as for the character of the second letter X I think many people knew that it is different.
I also hope I can work on it, it would take very little to improve it a lot and make us all happy.

What a stunning rep the ZZF is!! Yes not perfect, but so close in so many ways. Almost certainly will place an order for one of these bad boys....

Hope this will be less evident in real life, cos here looks a mess and it would force me to swap case in a brand new (and otherwise stunning) rep :lolcina::cry:

Dont worry guys, “X” is surely not engraved that deep. It can easily be sanded out.

Thanks guys for the explanation. I’ve had my gen Batman for 2 years now and I never ever looked at the serial number. I wish they can do custom engraved serial number I’d put LOVERWI there.

But from the pics the less engraved looks the X of rolex, the first one of the 2...the one to keep
Well I guess I'll see this issue personally in a few days

Well guess i am lucky for not being ocd about the double x. Would be nice if they fix it but yet i don't know if i ever looked at the serial of one of my watches. Sure i had a look if the crown was centered but thats pretty much about it :D

Anyone whose ever sanded a rehaut would know that sanding off a single character is a ridiculous notion. Sanding the entire rehaut off to erase one flaw even more ridiculous.

Yep Li says that these V2s have the same case of the V2, so we still have that nice serial...

Your loyal customers who purchased the V2 from you are still waiting for a simple comparison of the V2S and V2 insert. Thanks.
