lol, yeah that Dial is pretty bad. I got my QC this morning for QF and it was worse lol.

And that's the beauty (or ugliness) of meteorite dials from the secondary market. You can hit a home run with QF and you can find a real stinker with BUFF and just a meh with RBF. You guys are the pros. You know the deal.
It's so true. I was told this morning that QF changed their supplier for met dials to keep up with demand, and now they are worse than those that sold over the last 6 months. Inconsistency seems to be the norm.

I really do want a meteorite Daytona, I have a BTF base for it ready to go but I'm just not a fan of some of these dials I've seen, some patterns look great and some are ass, and meteorite changes on lighting as well.... decisions...

Supposedly a custom factory that uses SW meteorite plates.
the dial I ordered from jj arrived, very quickly, very well made package... spectacular dial with vivid text and colours, very beautiful pattern! I'm not an expert on Rolex reps (I only have a couple of gens to compare the quality of the product but no previous experience with replicas of the brand), but I think it's a jj masterpiece... the only thing is that the lume is very biased green compared to gen hands and stock dial CF… what do you think?

Think the only thing thats holding me back is how wide the range of dials I've seen is. Dark and light, some dials have subtle patterns, some barely any texture, and some look like a teenager's face full of holes. I just don't know what I'm going to get...
Yup.. that's the fun in meteorite dials. Every dial will be somewhat different

Thank you! it's a long project, I started from the idea of a simple servicing of a CF V3 with just a couple of parts to replace, but instead I fell back into the tunnel of searching for the most disparate parts for a superfranken/fantasy soup... my bad, after years of abstinence from mods I fell back into it.
