If you can get some measurements of the screw that you managed to get out in one piece, I might have a matching one in my stash. I have a bunch of those 4prong screws of a couple different sizes for my RM67 project and I'd bet one of them fits your watch. I think mine are M1.4 thread, but I've never seen another thread size for these so it's a good bet I have something to try!
You would be a true hero mate. Let me get some measurements of the one that is intact tuesday.

Do you know by any chance which 5 prong size screws bbr uses? Cant seem to measure it properly.

not offhand, I've got a v1 BBR here that I could measure, assuming they use the same screws. I'll take a crack at it sometime this weekend if I get a chance, it'll be a break from painting dials.

I would guess that they use whatever screws watch2parts on AliExpress is selling, since those have fit a JBF and some other factory that I can't remember atm, but I don't believe they fit ZF. There are MUCH cheaper sources than that, though, they're just a pain to find sometimes.

I bet the V4 upgrade coming in a some months without this (in red) so its fully skeletonised.

Backside is already showing the proper skeletonised structure...

Just got mine - movement is amazing. Not bonded with the white case as it's too loud for me. So all white Bubba with black velcro strap going up for sale now.

Will wait for NTPT versions on red

Little update. Drilled out the broken screw, sacrificed the rubber strap but was shit anyway lol.

So positive side, no need anymore for the 5 prong screwdriver!

Now a replacement screw is needed only lol

If you replace the strap make sure to oil the strap threads first. Did a test with the one intact screw i had before and after oiling, makes a significant difference in screwing.

Looks fantastic on the grey velcro! Great watch, just had to put mine up as I couldn't rock the white rubber.

I checked most of my stash and it seems like the screws I have are juuust too big; one set is too long but closer to the right dimensions of the thread, another set is smaller but thicker. If the threads are in the strap you could potentially redrill and rethread the holes for the larger screw, provided there's enough clearance in the ceramic bezel hole. I have one other set of screws somewhere to check, but I don't know where I put them so I need to look around.

If anyone out there has a lathe and wants to make some screws, I'd be a regular customer. Sourcing good RM screws is the biggest bottleneck towards servicing besides crystals, and if someone made them on the regular I would buy a ton of them for my builds which are now seriously limited in variety by the kinds of screws I can source or mod.

Aside from that mate, the color also need to match the other screws. Currently got screws in order with my TD will update on duration, although it probably will take long.

Also find the velcro stiff and hard to bend. Think there is plastic inside? Hopefully will fit nice on the wrist.

Quick pic how it will look:

Yeah. all the screws I have are either shiny stainless or a matte titanium colour, except for maybe one set of black ones for the mecaquartz RM50 that's been on my bench for ten billion years. Kinda a moot point since they're not quite the right size! If you can get a set of screws, let me know because I'd love a few spare sets sitting around!
Strap looks fab and if it's like my straps and I believe Vic's there's a very thin insert that runs inside them that's supposed to be pre-curved, as far as I know. I modeled mine after a torn-apart gen strap which also had the insert although it was probably some fancy memory plastic.

No photos because it's evarly and the light has been trash in my city for days, but short review:
I. Love. This. Watch.
From the jump it feels more robust than the previous movement, and you can just sorta tell that it's a step up in terms of operation, design, and engineering. The case seems to be mildly revised towards gen dimensions, and doesn't feel as wide as the v1/v2 BBRs, but feels more like the old ZF model when they first nailed the case.
The strap is slimmer and smaller and definitely more supple, and the velcro is a cut above the eBay ones or shitter ones that you can get. The velcro flexes instead of bending and feels high quality, especially with the metal screw inserts. Unfortunately these inserts are threaded (I've never seen this, only threaded cases) so aftermarket makers might need to accommodate that too. I haven't taken my BBR v1 apart so I don't know if the inserts were threaded before, but they are now.
The clasp is the only part I'm less happy with, as it doesn't snap like a ZF or JBF clasp does, although it feels plenty secure. Dimensions are smaller than aftermarket and closer to ZF sizes (haven't measured) but from reading around here it should fit if you want a snappy clasp like gen.
Holding this movement up to the light is fucking amazing; it feels like my first tourbillon and I can't stop looking at it. Just stunning to backlight it and see all the wheels working together and all the holes and negative space in the movement are really alluring. I do notice mine will take a TON of winds, more than other handwinders I have. I gave it 120 turns this morning and didn't hit a hard stop so it could be a friction clutch or the barrels just wind slow, and it took a good 30 or so winds to start it initially. So far it's been running for three days and lost a couple seconds from what I can tell, so timekeeping is dead on. I'll get a power reserve off of it eventually but it's not going to leave my wrist for a damn long time. Timesetting is quick and easy, crown operates like it should and feels nice and clicky moving between winding and timesetting modes. My JBF crowns are a pain in the ass to pull out, so after months of that this is perfection.
It's super light, wears slim, and feels great on wrist. The black one is going to be a stealth killer because it flies under the radar for what it is. I've owned every iteration of RM55 from the old KVF onwards and this is IMHO the biggest game-changer. It doesn't *feel* as big as the original clone BBR because that was the first "clone" ever, but this is a step up in every single way and if it has the reliability it seems to it's a fantastic buy, I might need to get a Yas Marina too eventually...

Agree for most parts. But i never experienced a worser rubber strap than this BBR V2. Material is too soft which attracts dust so easy, they had that better on V2. Also the edges are badly cut. But it looks better on velcro nonetheless.
