I used David Keirs for a few watch repairs and was happy at first. But my recent experience was really disappointing. He messed up a repair on my Omega—damaged parts and didn't handle my concerns well. I’d suggest looking for someone else if you need watch work done.

While we wait to find out, I'll jump in with another shout-out to @tongsui for the work he did on my newly acquired Super Franken PO.
It needed a different stem and new reversing gears. Waterproofed and tested, too.

Clear, timely communication with detailed explanations and photographs all the way, along with very, very fair prices. Whole experience was unbelievably smooth and watches were swiftly shipped back to me.
