@tongsui just serviced, waterproofed, and repaired a few reps for me. I cannot say enough good things about him. He did careful, excellent work for a very reasonable price. He gave me useful advice when it did not help his hip pocket, and his communication and responsiveness are off the charts. I will definitely have him do work for me in the future, and I highly recommend him!

Another shoutout to @tongsui from a happy customer. Right from the start, his communication was excellent. He was always willing to help and provided genuine advice. I had a few mods done to my watch and the turnaround was really quick, with constant updates as mentioned by others previously.

Hi All,
After reading all of the positive feedback here about @tongsui services, I thought Id reach out to him regarding an issue I had with a newly acquired unit just landed which had an issue.
He replied very quickly, sent me through all the details I needed in order to engage with his services straight away.
The same day he received the watch, he identified the issue, sent through photos, had it fixed and back in a box on its way back to me within 24 hours!
Even though it was a simple exercise for him, the service and fair pricing was very impressive.
A great first experience.
