Second time using his services. Waterproof and regulated my vsf datejust and a movement swap for an arf explorer 1 that was damaged by a previous watchsmith.
I highly recommend him for his transparency and honesty. Both qualities you need when dealing with someone to take care of your watches.

Harry - i've checked my records and I have not worked on any of your watches before so this watchsmith that you are referring to is not me - Appreciate it if you can make that clear - I rather not have any mis-assumptions (there is really only two of us active in Australia). thanks

Big shout-out to @tongsui for some work they'd done on a PAM338 rep acquired from M2M that got to me dead. Very communicative and transparent throughout the whole process, not to mention thorough (photos, explanations, the whole deal).

Huge huge huge vouch for @tongsui. Helped me repair my Clean Datejust, gave step by step procedure to what he did and was super transparent and patient throughout the entire process. Took him less than a day to fix it! Also got my watch waterproofed and sonic-cleaned.
Turns out he lives a few miles away, and he dropped it off for me for free. A++++, cannot have asked for a better person for service.

Just want to shoutout @tongsui for working on my VSF Omega Spectre. Gave me plenty of updates with pictures. Went above and beyond to research and properly identify the problem. Got the watch back in less than a week. Great to have rep friendly watchmaker in Aus who is transparent and knows their stuff. Highly recommended.

I've had him work on several reps for me over the past year or so, but this new mod takes the cake.
I ordered a new Pepsi GMT (not VSF), and had tongsui order a gen xtal and datewheel, along with a xing v5 bezel.
he's put it all together, shaved the xing bezel down to fit, did a free waterproof test and regulated it. it's by far the best rep i've owned to date. he's done a great job on it, and his pricing is honest and fair.
Give him a go.
