I'm waiting for the V3, I'd like an aligned DW, pearl and a non-tilted triangle marker at 12. That would be really great. Screw the rotor that you'll never even see..

Yea that “V2” looks like just a new rotor. That’s it

The bezel teeth also look to be less pointy
Cartel pics not that great. Anyone get the V2 to see the DW and anything else besides the rotor...which is useless. Hard to believe an office”V2” title just for a rotor on a closed caseback

How do I go about making the sd43 bezel tighter? Mine is far too loose for my liking, I catch it and it turns.

I think stiffer click springs. Mine feels pretty good. Pelagic did a detailed tear down thread with pics including the bezel

Hi guys... really impressed by this watch and a little confused to wich one choose to buy.
I really HATE the 2824 changing date, I would like the instant flip like the real RLX caliber, so the 2836 is preferable.
But what about the quality of the case?

The 2836 is like the 2824 or worse?

Any of you made a comparison?

Thanks

The 2836 is .5mm thicker than the 2824 because of the different calendar works (otherwise its essentially the same movement) - it will give an incorrect crown height, which bothers a lot of people around here, even if they can't see it. (its 0.5mm). The 2824 is also significantly cheaper.

@all:

Here is a simple way modding the click spring. Disassemble the bezel. Pull out the click spring. Gently pull the spring to increase its unloaded length to increase the pressure. Check the click under a loupe. Deburr it and make sure the click angle matches the inner bezel teeth angle. If not correct it using very fine file and sanding paper grid #1000. Check under magnification again and put all parts together without the white delrin ring. Check the bezel action holding it on the case with your fingers. If it’s satisfying mount it with the white delrin ring back to the watch. Enjoy!

0,5mm crown height difference is hard to notice but in conjunction with the shape of the CGs you will notice it. The result is a totally wrong CG shape.
