Cannot wait. Patience is not my fortitude. I have already done payment for this watch but Ryan today told me it is out of stock. Factory says it will be available again in 5 days. [emoji35]

With the he escape valve, does that make it harder to waterproof? (not looking to dive with it but 2-3ATM would be nice). I was thinking about a sub, but I think I really like the look of this watch.

Normally 10atm is no problem. I had the DSSD 116660 and it was tested at 10atm without any mods

You can always seal a He valve with some epoxy from the inside. Not very difficult.

I pretty sure the HE is epoxied or siliconed for water resistance. I’ve swam with Noob DSSDs and SD4Ks so I would think ARF (JF) have done at least as much

Is ARF and VRF the same factory? Getting confusing now.

VRF is a different factory using a combination of BP head with Noob bracelet & clasp.
ARF is a Rolex only division of JF as I infer.

Great thanks for the clarification. Too many factory names that are too alike. Why not just a completely different one? LOL

Read somewhere factories were coming up with new names to throw the police off who are coming down hard on the replica watch industry.

I am pretty sure ARF was an innovative branding effort while VRF was (not-so-clever) wordplay to mislead buyers. Makes sense for VRF to steal buyers that way because clearly their efforts at a half-decent replica are failing spectacularly.

Those pics brought me over the edge, ordered mine, too :D Had the deepsea before and eventhough I have giant wrists it just wore to big, I´m certain this is the perfect watch in terms of size and proportion

What movement are you guys ordering, the SA3135 or the 2836?

What are the pro and cons with each movement?

The ARF is only A2824. See the first page about the movements

Seems the watch is out of stock with the ARF factory, anyone knows when they are available again?

Where did you hear that?

I ordered mine from PT last week and still haven't received payment instructions yet.

I’m sure they mean waitlist as in pre-order for the next batch since they’re sold out
