Quick question. Just been looking at the VRF version vs the ARF and noticed that the VRF is wrapped, ARF is plated. Am I right in thinking that the latest version from ARF will be plated on the sides of the SEL, think that’s right isn’t it? Been reading that plating will rub off easily, is that the case?

I have a question regarding SH3135. I have a JF sh 3135 and brand new ARF sh 3135. They both have some issues hacking the date.

For the older JF, I cannot hack the date in the AM, only PM.

For my brand new ARf, cannot hack the date until after 9 am.

I brought my JF to my watchsmith and he said is not worth to to fix, but it is happening the same on my brand new ARF. I know it is a common issue on Sh 3135, but is it common on a Brand new one? Should I worry about it?

Rub off easily: No
Will it last for decades: Prob. not.

Arf have currently both gold plated SEL sides and midlinks.

I wouln't hold my breath for it Not if you're like me. We're already to screwed up since getting in to reps.

13.000 USD for a analogue watch TODAY is just crazy when you think about it. Your mobile and computer or whatever quartz watch will still show the time more correct.

Well I'd only buy a Gen if I knew I could sell it down the road and at least break even. That's for sure. Now, to get on a waitlist for a Hulk, Batman, or Pepsi... lol :woo:

I was thinking of changing the crystal on my ARF to something affordable with a better AR-coating. I've heard prof crystal is a good option. Anyone know if it will fit the ARF, is it a good option, what's the price?

I know gen crystal is always the way to go but that's a bit too expensive right now.

Prof crystal is very nice. It should the ARF no problem. It's around half price of the gen crystal.

It should work I have arf hulk with prof crystal he had to install himself because of fitment issues idk if it would be the same with 116613

Just received my QC pics, looks fantastic! However I can’t see if the sides of the centre links are plated so I’ve just asked for pictures, anxiously waiting now!

I really wanna pull the trigger on this, with clone eta movement. Anyone have any idea where to get a better datewheel tho? BK cant get the Noob DWs anymore, and I guess a Gen won't work because ETA and Gen flip dates in opposite directions. Thanks in advance!

The modder I was speaking with said that the Gen won't work because the date flips in opposite directions? So apparently, after the 1st, it will flip to the 31st instead of the 2nd.

Hm ok, that's what I thought... but when the modder told me otherwise, I assumed i must've been reading about the sh3135 movement.

ARF is the best, I type it everywhere I do not care, I go to the pool every day with.
It's nothing 500 $ for such beauty, it's 3135, if it breaks garbage and I buy a new
