Is yours on a gen or rep seal? I can’t really tell if the crystal was lowered closer to the bezel.

Gen seal. Big difference in height, almost 0.75mm.

Of course he doesn't, Ive seen the NOOB's they have nothing on the GMF's.

I think that any CHS GMT has the same issue. I will eventually franken this with a gen 3186, crystal, hands and dial. Everything else is really nice.

I think I’m gonna go with the GMF..... can’t decide whether to go with ICHS coz of a more robust movement or CHS. Please share your thoughts and why. Would really appreciate some feedback

Ichs for sure. The Chs can break within a week and can’t be fixed. There are two broken chs for sale at the moment. They make for expensive paper weights. Call me crazy, but I even prefer having the gmt hand on the bottom so the hour hand is easier to see

The gmt hand on the ichs works as a 24 hour hand, so yes it works. But it’s different from the Rolex 3186. Look up on YouTube how the two work

I have 2 chs gmt, one is 2 years and the other one is a noob v9.
I have no problems with them. The secret is you can‘t fiddle around with them, just follow the rules. I would not buy a nchs.

I think this project is dead. How hard it can be only thing they need to do is copy 6 parts for GMT function and engrave SH3135 correctly so it can say 318x.

I set the date by moving the min hand forward, not the hour hand.
But I have all my watches on a winder, so changing the date is only from 30 to 1 which is an easy job with the min hand.
