Anyone else waiting for QC for the watch? It's been more than 10 days since the order was placed and still got no QC pic. Is that normal with ARF 116610?

because we were always talking about flaws

2018 Gen:

- Same blue tint issue like the ARF
- Rehaut looks like shit
- the case looks almost 1:1 like the ARF and NOT like the 2017 Gens.

And yes it costs 8500 €

btw. the new gold gen is already repped with the crown between Swiss Made only as cheapy but as an example:

So maybe we should critize the ARF so much because the Gen is now a lot worse than before lol

LaPavel I thought the same with regards to the bracelet/clasp
old_man It is normal right now, I had to wait 2+ weeks due to different fortunate/unfortunate circumstances, nothing wrong with that waiting time. ARF is just very popular or the number of watches rejected due to (minor) "QC issues" is very high - don't know for sure.

I'm happy with my last QC, hope that you'll also be happy.

I've been saying that seemingly forever, and all I get back is "no, it's a magnification issue - put in the gen xtal and it'll be fixed"

ARF - THE FONT IS TOO DAMN TALL & WIDE! And apparently a bit thin as well.

I really wonder why it is so difficult to properly replicate that "tiny" item. I'd think that replicating a metal case in same dimensions & feel is much more difficult than a piece of paper/plastic with numbers on it.

I just rejected my ARF, as the bezel was stained...
I'm not having any luck with subs I'm getting through puretime. I ordered the VRF Max Hulk as Well, rejected the first due to a damaged bezel (deep scratches in the ceramic), the second one I asked them to clean as it was completely dirty, but then accepted that one.
now with the ARF, the bezel was pretty dirty as well, which turned out to be staining and can't be wiped off, they are getting a new one... an otherwise pretty good example...
I don't know why they can't just save me and them some time and inspect the watches quickly before sending pics...

anyways, the wait continues...

He sent me the someone else's QC pics and I got a watch with the hands out of sync - something I always check for - and a real problem with ARF. I said I would use him until I had a problem, now I switched TD.

I’m Sure someone had said this happened to them in another thread.

I always saw this too, you could see it wasn’t a magnification issue.

Hmmmm but the rehaut is from 2017/2018 and i know his old videos he had a gen submariner before and look at the dial, case etc its clearly a gen submariner even the dial screams 2017/2018. Maybe he changed the clasp? I don't know.

I ordered on 31.07. and on 20.08 i received the QC Pics. But i think its the new batch now. Ordered from CT.

They're all random... might as well just invest in a DWO that will fit the 2824 before getting the watch. Noob got their DW correct, it does not fill up the whole window and looks true to gen.

Outdoor cigar and ARF appreciation. The luster achieved with an overnight soak in baby oil to break it in. Very smooth bracelet. Crystal is ok with me. Can’t justify spending over a hundred on something so minuscule. DWO definitely needs work. The “20s” are too bold as others have mentioned. But without a gen side by side comparison, it’s not something that can be easily spotted. Overall, 9.5/10 from me. Time keeping accurate. In the one week I had it, it’s only been 30 seconds behind. No info on power reserve yet. But it’s a A2824. So pretty reliable.
