Arrived. The blue is an almost perfect match to the gen darker blue, its no where near as light as the QC images make it look. Pretty impressed!

Only downside is that the clasp is average. It is not very strong and a gap appears between the two ends when wearing it. Not sure if that can be fixed somehow.

If the green one is as good as the blue you are showing us, I may pull the trigger. Would it be possible to get a short video of it on your wrist to understand how the dial plays with light?

Thanks a lot for sharing a pic. The color of the dial looks pretty good, maybe a little purplelish, but might be wrong and just caused by the light.
How is the strap-quality and color? Read that the §k straps a quite poor compared to ZF starps.
I also read that the clasp quality is average and I wanted to order an extra KMF clasp as I read that these have the best quality in rep. business, but my TD could not (or did not want to) source an extra KMF strap. Any ideas where to get a very good (gen like) clasp?

The blue is stunning. I have to say the bezel profile looks much improved to some of the previous 3KF batches. I may source a 5168 case and use it for my 5167 franken build

You do realize that they’re 2 different sizes right?

We could need more real life shots, can you take some more shots under bright daylight? Looks quite good already!

I have a 5167 gen dial already but I paid way more than $2000 for it unfortunately lol. Also I just realized the 5168 case has the WG stamps on rear of lugs, so it will be a no go for me.

Looking forward to seeing some recent QC pics of 3KF 5167 on here, it’s the bezel size I’m most interested in.

Also the 5168 is 42mm, bigger than the 5167

If you have a gap appear when the clasp is closed, try getting some tool IE pliers and gently straighten the centerpiece of the butterfly clasp. Note it bends surprisingly easily and you don’t need to bend it a lot to get rid of the gap

Nice! That eases a lot of my dial color concerns. I should have mine in hand this weekend or early next week.

Try shaving the top side of the strap like this - https://imgur.com/gallery/uLkDRTe

Anyone receive a green one yet? Interested to see the dial color in normal light conditions

Gap will appear on gen with age and use. No biggie

Are you planning to use the stock strap or did you find a better alternative?

I haven’t found one yet so I plan to use the stock strap for the time being. The blue strap looks pretty decent from picture and looks to have improved from their 5167 series. Curious how it feels. I’ve found the ZF clasp to be a better option vs the 3K one as well.
