I said 'less' didn't I?You meant even more pointless I guess...![]()

I must have had a mini-stroke or something like that when I wrote it, because at the time it totally made sense. Hahaha
More pointless, yes!

Man I thought I was in the 'what are you wearing today' sub thread.Yup. ZF V3! 🫡
What's the process for fully winding it? Perhaps I'm doing it wrong.Nice shots @Yankee
Quick off-topic: May I ask what camera/phone you used? My 3 year old Oneplus flagship is starting to fall apart (wide angle & macro lense have a hardware failure). I'm waiting for the S23 Ultra to be released next month, but I'm open to alternative suggestions.
To get back on topic and to answer your question: I have not measured power reserve, but I think it should be within normal specs as it does hold up for at least a day and a half after fully manually winding it. What I'm starting to observe now is that apparently the rotor must get stuck too much to truly reach its full charging potential. It's hard to observe much of a problem visually though. It seems to spin normally.
Thanks, that seems to be working well. The winding clicking is way more audible than on my old 15400 miyota.Ah OK thx. Yeah 14 Pro is pretty good. Wife has one, but I'm a hopeless Android drone.
You just wind it manually and wait for it to make a change in sound. Like a click or similar that appears periodically when you keep winding. That's a clutch kicking in to prevent over-winding of the main spring. Your watch will now be fully charged, any further winding doesn't add energy. That's the same in pretty much all Automatic watches, by the way...
Basically when you order the 15500 with clone movement now you get supplied the latest and greatest. Color choice is an option of course.just confirming these pickies are for the ZF 15500?
Looks awesome!Received this today - wasn't sure at first but it's growing on me....
Looks awesome!
What did you initially have doubts about in particular, if you don't mind me asking?
Ah, yeah... I think I know what you mean. I believe the blue dial, which I have, (and the other colors) also had that certain "dullness", but it seems they improved this in the latest batch, especially the sunburst effect I believe. I was under the impression that ZF improved all variants in that regard, but apparently that seems not to be the case then. The black dial... I've read here about it being the most accurate but it doesn't have the dramatic color / light variations I see with the blue/gray/white dials.
It's actually more interesting in lower light conditions showing nice gray variations.
The ZF V3 certainly is a nice rep though.
