Better as in "more gen-like" or "closer to gen"? That would be black. However, I picked white because I like it moreIs the ZF v3 White dial or Black dial better?
yes closer to genBetter as in "more gen-like" or "closer to gen"? That would be black. However, I picked white because I like it more
So black it is. Soon you will read that ZF dials or rep dials for that matter, in general, are nothing like gen dials, but as rep dials go, the black is the closest to the real deal in ZF's AP RO 15500 and recommended here as such I prefer the white/ silver from 15400 and 15500 models but black dials of both models are on my "To buy list". Great looking watches, regardless of gen-likeliness or lack thereof .yes closer to gen

Knowledgeable and wise people here told me that currently ZF makes better 15500 (v3), but the APSF is the one to choose when shopping for a 15400 rep (the latest version).is the apsf 15500 closer to gen or ZF v3? for 15500
anyidea is the zf v3 movement reliable? like how long the movement last etc.Knowledgeable and wise people here told me that currently ZF makes better 15500 (v3), but the APSF is the one to choose when shopping for a 15400 rep (the latest version).
Usually one day after the warranty.anyidea is the zf v3 movement reliable? like how long the movement last etc.
First of all, as far as I know, both ZF and APSF use the same movement for their 15500 reps (SH4302). I don't know whether is relevant which factory uses it. They might be the same, meaning a hit or miss, as with all reps and, quite frankly, gen watches in general, with much lower failure rate i case of the later, obviously.anyidea is the zf v3 movement reliable? like how long the movement last etc.
Not necessarily so. This could be a factory error. Many people here are enjoying this movement. I will be doing this as well, as soon as I get mine fixedseems like the movement is pretty fragile >,<
You are in luck. If I'm not mistaken, you could talk to the man, the myth, the @legendAnyone here knows where can i service my rep in Singapore?
My ZF 15500 stopped working.. it no longer winds and so doesnt tick unless I manual wind and give a few shakes. I did notice a loose piece behind the glass case back. Been wearing it anyway for about a week now but the rotor is rather loud and I would love to have it fixed. Anyone know what the issue might be (if this is a common issue), and roughly how much it should cost to fix? Say it needs a full service how much should that run ?
Its clone movement, the loose part is no longer visibleIs this a Miyota or a V3 with the clone?
Why not post a photo of the caseback, ideally with the lose part visible? It could be a hundred different things that came lose and without a clear photo, one would need psychic abilities to name the correct fault.
