I have used him about four times and each time hes delivered as promised. even had a crown fall out of a watch and he shipped a replacement with the next order so there is a bit of support available. I use him taobao agents to order for him. I will sort out the details and price through wechat and then he would send me a taobao link at the agreed price which I send to the agent who orders. he sell mid range reps but is able to get hold of most things although price varies compared to other sellers ive found him to cheaper overall

Its not easy to rep the frosted gold, have a look at this SIHH interview video, even AP had to step in to reinvent this method and it took them some to get it right.

Yes because they (and the designer Carolina Bucci) ''reinvented'' it to use it on watches. Its not science, just a hammering technique which AP likes to brag about since they are the first doing it on a watch. I certainly think JF can pull this of.

It actually just looks like a loose drill lol

I think it is rather easy for the factories to achieve the effect. The metal parts, case, bracelet need to be shotblasted. There are many type of media that can be used to get the desired effect.

The size of the case on this one is ~42mm which has nothing to do with the gen being 37mm and more oriented towards ladies. Anyhow, I prefer it like it is, don't care if it is a fantasy model and not the best one in terms of finishing or movement.

Anyone know whos the maker for this watch? Dial looks spot on but hour markers not so great, can be replaced with JF parts. Datewheel also seems a bit off... i'll wait till they have V5. haha
