If you want an alternative buy the quartz from sead (the one with automatic) the bracelet is the same as the automatic one but only costs 138 dollar and is thin as hell (because its quartz).

This model is pure garbage. I have ordered one for a friend and the quality was horrible. Bracelet felt like $50 canal st. rep.

dial is wrong - DW is wrong - build quality is really poor.

And i doubt that it was 8.5mm thick. Yeah it was thin but not that thin.

By the way, the product you are mentioning here with the picture is different than what VMSG is referring above .

I do not see this in person but according to the link, its rotor design is different )which is wrong rotor design though).

So, I am not saying this is a better one, I am just saying, maybe, this is another minor factory’s recent attempt which looks very thin.

Thanks for the response - the link from the RWG post connected me to the watch i ordered from ryan as i said - but he said during the QC process that there was an „update“ where the factory decided to use different hands and so on which explains the differences you have mentioned.

but i see - the case back is really thin! I can imagine that there is a lot of space for improvements regarding the rotor as the standard 9015 rotor is already ultra thin without any engravings or so.

In the end i dont have such high hopes for the other version... just look at the dial

It's only the obvious tell from all the flaws. Because every idiot see it's a fake when Swiss Made is only half printed or the minute markers look like completly shit.

It's shame that they don't get that fixxed even not on the 15400 version after all this years.

Another problem will be the height but thats not final so we must be waiting for the final product.

Keen to see what this will be like when it's released. Holding onto my 15450 for now because they're harder to find now but I'm really considering a thinned white dial V3 or the 15202 if it's up to par in quality.

Well i was just checking out the watch by typing the ref on google when i stumbled here and I've noticed that most of you here are better than me at watches, so im looking for an ap royal oak like the classic look but i have a very small wrist so what would you recommend i buy (37 or 39mm) and a website to buy it from

There's more than one answer to your question. You will need to do your own research on this forum before you can make a decision.

39mm wears large because of the lugs.

The delay is unbelievable for such I high demand piece.

I’m hoping they are fixing more than just the rotor. I’m quietly hoping for a new dial as well.....with better printing. It’s not a lot to ask for really, especially given that the $100 quartz rep dial is already very good.

Just speculate here, but maybe they are stopped with the deco on the rotor and we will see a thin version of this watch?
If so, it is worth waiting
