I had said to a friend that I would post no more in this thread but I am learning a lot about myself as I read the same comments from JL time and time again.
If my wife were mysteriously staying late after work and I accidently discovered she had a second cellphone, hidden in her car, and that phone only had comms from one of her male colleagues, what would I think?
Firstly, the 37 years, the emotional investment and the bonding would make me search for a reason to see that it was my suspicious nature that was the problem; I would try to make sense of it in the way I wished it to be. Secondly I would have the balance of probabilities.
You guys reading this would only use the B of P and reach a conclusion much faster than mine.

My love affair with JL lasted from 9th to 25th June. :wub: First case I wanted to believe but within twelve days the B of P was winning.
I keep reading "what JL says is true" "he's a good guy" "his partner tricked him"
Either what he says in the above quote to one forum member is true and we are all lying or the opposite :frustrating: there is no third way!
When I read 40 people were sent bags, owe me, sad etc., I think OK so lets say each of these shipments are around $250. That means he put his hand into his pocket, pulled out $10,000 and threw it in to cyberspace to anonymous forum members in the hope he will be paid by them.
Or he sent to one or two knowing they are sympathetic and would pay, invented 38 more and he is telling me he has been made a victim by us nasty lot.
Having 'fallen out of love' with the whole JL thing I find that only the ballance of probabilities is open to me to make an assessment of his comments to individuals that presumably he hopes will not be made public.
Well, But all is ok now and every one have been refunded and also recived their items. there you have it, a clear and unequivocal statement from JL

I made my original order on Dec 6th of 2011 and received this non working tracking number EE455669572CN. I then magically received my order of two bags but no bag charms On Jan 7th but one bag was damaged please ask me if you would like pictures and the other is not even close to what the original is or his picture I was sent. I was told he would send out corrected bags and bag charms along with a free bag as well. I got this non working tracking number for that EE672392512CN it is now almost august and he has stopped emailing me back no refund no bags nothing at all. If someone could help me out please. I am out 462.66
Could all remaining 'victims' please send Guanaco their JL account/order info so you can be ID'd and (hopefully) get your coin back, or order delivered.

* Then no goods for ages despite numerous promises of shipping.
* Received a refund.
* Received shipment of good product.
So I paid the guy back the refunded money. Easy. And that's it, I'm done!

I sent the information to Guanaco.
I guess it was easier to pay people whom he took lesser money from. Than to even try to pay me back a dime.
For the record. I dont want replacement bags. I want my money back. I have since got the wife gens. Which cost me a lot more money due to the fact she has lost faith in reps thanks to JL and another dealer (who has since made my purchase right with him a long time ago)

I checked again my old mails from February this year. It is 748,80 (720+4%PP) he ows me.
No more bullsh@t emails for me, he just doesn't reply. This guy is ripping people off no two ways about it.

Guana is doing this out of kindness, this is not a TD and the lad has a family business to run. I'm sure he will get back to you as soon as he has a chance.

Thank you for heads, up i did email Lars 2 days ago saying refund will be made and also items will be delivered.i have also talked with RWI mod about this and i thought he said he did tell Lars as well-
will get this done, we have 2 people that need to be refunded and Lars is one of them , hartdoc is the other
