Well, he sells bags and not watches, and the TDs that offer good bags are few, and the quality they provide isn't well established in any individual case. James Lee on the other hand had a reputation for sourcing the best LV rep bags at very reasonable prices, and tons of people had used him without issue. So, the perceived relative risk and the likely reward made it seem like a pretty good decision.

Even if I live to be 100, I'll most likely never even consider buying a rep LV anything, or any brand of bag for that matter, is the reason he slipped under my radar...:):):)

Ok so currently only Hartdoc and Rovin are left that need to be refunded, don't worry ok guys he's working on it. It's good to hear JL has refunded, it was quite a mess that was caused due to the triangle shipment option used so it's getting sorted as humanly possible by JL from what I've been in contact with him, not a pretty ride and you guys haven't had it easy either. I appreciate the patience you guys have had with this by not flooding my Inbox and trusting in this situation. Remember this is dealing with illegal goods so it can go down the drain real quickly, thank fully it didn't go to hell as James Lee remained and tried his best to sort it out, he could've easily say "screw it" and close everything down. He's a good guy, and from experience he won't leave you in the dust.

I'm sorry I'm not super active on the forum like usual but I have a very tight schedule right now, but I check the forums every 1-2 days so don't worry.

Thanks for the update, G!

I think it might also be timely for us to list a record of those who are awaiting refunds. We know we have:
Rovin: $430US
Hartdoc: $1,000US (listed as 'about', so unsure of exact $)
Thechicco: $240US

Please send me any others and correct the dollar amounts if inaccurate.

I have sent 270usd almostb 6 weeks ago ( so i'm not waiting as long as most of you guys). I have to admit he is answering my emails not as swiftly as before the money was sent BUT :he is answering nonetheless , admits he is having difficulties and assures me i will get my order.

The only negative i have at the moment is that he took the order and money when apparantly he was already deep in a hole since a long time.

Working with a non TD is indeed a big risks , but i think we are big boys enough not to cry to PP about it? Especially since a moderator offers to mediate if need be.

I don't like the way it is going but i am prepared to give him at the moment the benefit of the doubt just like i would give every entrepeneur who suddenly finds himself in a hole by ( honest)
mistakes and shows signs of trying desperate to climb out of it and making it right instead of cutting his losses, shuts down and makes a run for it.( because that would have been so easy isn't it?)

But....i am offering only my humble view and opinion in this......i am still a newbie.....

And I hear he is still taking new orders!

Don't go it alone, send your details to Guanaco and as Rovin has offered to him because if you all work as a team you are likely to achieve your goal.

It may be wise to keep as much of this between yourselves as possible by PMs.

But: i've received a mail from him yesterday and 3 hours ago so he still keeps in touch with me for now. I have asked him why there are so much complaints about him on the forum lately and he claims that when he solves the problems for members these members don't go back on the forum telling their problems have been solved.

He assured me that he will fix the problem.

I don't want to start a witch hunt nor paricipate in it i have sent a PM to Guanco and i am still giving him the benefit of my doubt. ( but hey, i'm only waiting 6 weeks now)

I have received $280 refund via PP. Still short $150US.
James still insists the bags are in transit.

Hard to call it a scam when he's refunding?
