I love reading “just wait till V2” why???? You know the will mess something else up like they always do. This watch looks good, but I still think the noob is superior. That insert is amazing though. Noobs sucks

Damn, it doesn't look that bad. Not 100% aligned, but not that bad. If it was priced with 2017 prices it would be a great deal, at $400 perhaps not that much, but still an interesting piece, thanks a lot for the photos mate!

Not bad at all, considering it's a hundred bucks less than an ARF or Noob. So, in summary, the only negatives are:

-2836 gets the crown really low
-rehaut (letters not aligned)
-bracelet lighter and not as well finished as ARF

But then, on an ARF you would get a horrible date font, a very mediocre crystal and the deep engravings on the insert, right? And on a Noob you would get the horrible SEL fitting and also mediocre crystal?

Man... this is such a never ending story, haha.

I stand corrected indeed. So:

-Noob v9 base
-ZZF insert
-ZZF crystal
-ARF hands
-ARF bracelet

(And eat pot noodles for the rest of the quarter as you'll have spent all your budget and more)

ZZF is planning to produce a Hulk in the coming months according to Li. Of course only time will tell whether or not they can manage to come close to the color.

Also, im seeing a lot of people still mentioning that ARFs date wheel is horrid, but it has since been updated and imo isnt half bad.

big fan of some of these ZZF QCs though!

Im searching for about one month for a black submariner, there are so many different pro and cons for noob, arf zzf....but i cant find some more detail abaout the black VRF with the VR3135 movement....someone have a linkl please?
For the green i found a lot but not the actual black one...for the green they said its the best one...???

Not bad...that Rehaut would drive me nuts though. Look at side view as it does not line up with markers. Sucks we have to franken these parts to build the best

Can any of you owners comment on that hard stamped Dial indices issue or over lacquer liquid like dial. Or in real life the dial is really good? If possible please post a pic where LED light is reflecting the dial, where this issue was first noticed. That would be a great help. Currently to my eyes these ZZFs are looking good.

Nice 1st try, ZZF. Giving credit where credit is due: 1) very good bezel assembly with nice snap-on bezel insert; 2) gen-like construction of pearl; 3) decent crystal. Now hopefully they improve the rehaut as nothing aligns with the markers (R's and the X's). And the dial.
And lastly, I am looking forward to a VR3135 or SH3135 version, ZZF! That crown height issue is a deal breaker for me.

the dial issue was only noticeable in certain bright lights. Ive sold mine now so cant take more pics.

Federico talks fake Rolex...there are many tells but this was his 6 tells right away without opening the watch to look at the movement..Some of those tells, you need a loop, but the one that jumps at me was the reheat...if ZZF can improve this rehaut...it would be a very good rep.

Agree, wouldn't mind grabbing one but won't touch it til the rehaut is fixed. I have a DHGate rep with near perfect rehaut engraving. There's really no excuse for that.
