I have bought from Luthier years ago, and was one of the members originally signed up to receive the RWG watch he was responsible for. He hasn't responded to Serge's post on any of the forums and I find all this pretty concerning regarding honesty & trustworthiness. I hope things are made right. $2K is a lot more than a dinner out for me.

Let's keep this in perspective. First, he never took any deposits on the RWG watch and paid for it all out of his pocket as far as I know. So that's pretty irrelevant. Please inform me if I'm wrong.

Second, this is the only forum that he's currently on, so the fact that he hasn't responded on any of the other forums isn't surprising. I'd be very surprised if this isn't cleaned up pretty soon.

I've had lots of arguments with him in the past and thought he was an obnoxious bully at times so I can't believe I'm standing up for him now. I could be totally wrong but I still doubt he's out to scam anyone. I guess we'll find out shortly. It's too early for the torches and pitchforks to come out.
