@CheesegraterBTW... I see that you can now buy a real Mission to Earth, Sun, Moon, or Mars online directly from Swatch for the list price of $270.

What a cool idea. I am sure this may have been asked, would a G10.211/212 fit the rep hands/dial? I see the movements are like 50-60 bux on ebay. I guess at that point might as well just get the real deal, but I like to tinker.
e a bit too new for someone to take this on. Happy to provide any guidance on here though. I'd be curious to see which bezel colors you pick to complement each watch as there are limited co
So the sub dial hands are the same and the other hands are smaller so they can be broached it would appear. Thanks for the information. I am going searching for the jason007 mod you spoke of above. No they don’t
G10 is standard eta 150 90 25 20sub
The pe50 is 120 70 17 20sub
Late here but I did ask Jason how much just the case + bracelet would be (no movement) and he offered $50 USD shipped rather than $70, so that’s something. I still haven’t been able to verify from anyone exactly how thick the Jason007 rep is vs. the Pagani, but I’m curious about it.Thanks Karbon74 and delmar. I have decided to go with Jason007 on DHgate. Hopefully the item arrives as I couldn’t pay with PayPal.
It was $130 aud, so more than I was expecting but that’s ok.
I went with the black leather band as I want to put a mesh band on it anyway. Will provide updates when received and when changing the movement.
And yes like Karbon said, avoid the Pladen - it wouldn’t be a terrible option if they hadn’t screwed up the case and bezel colors, but even without that it was noticeably cheaper. It did have the Dot Over Ninety though, which I haven’t seen elsewhere yet ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Late here but I did ask Jason how much just the case + bracelet would be (no movement) and he offered $50 USD shipped rather than $70, so that’s something. Also of note is Watchdives is working on a cheaper V3 of their homage to ‘compete’ with the Pagani, which should be out in a month or so. It’s expected to be around the same price, but with an even more accurate bezel and even slimmer case - we’ll see if that ends up being true. They’re also working on a Speedmaster Reduced homage, which’d be a 39mm case rather than 42mm.
Good to know Karbon74, almost pulled the trigger on the Pladen! If you want a simple mod, the jason007 is the best. You get a branded crown and a caseback
The case is thinner than the alix. The bracelet is okish but don’t expect ARF quality.
If you can do some more advanced modding, Pagani is nice.
Don’t buy the Pladen, it’s shit.
Don't buy that, it's crap. I bought one... It is a direct swap on the movement, no messing with stem trimming, so easy, but the caseback is a pry off, not a screw down, so not waterproof. Whole thing felt crappy and the crystal fell out. In the reviews more people had their crystal fall off. Do not buy!
Thanks Caboose! I have a gen Speedmaster, and the vk63 cases are way off! I may try the Pagani, I think the model # is somewhere in this thread!Don't buy that, it's crap. I bought one...
