Still hoping V6F will release updated version with updated sec@6 gear transfer. I am guessing the main problem here is making the top subdial counting to 60 minutes instead of 30 mins like in the 3714 ?
Ah what i meant is having the 60 min counter with the new sec@6 gear transfer (like the one with the thin 3714). I know v6f already has the 60 min counter but from what i understand the base movement is without extra gear transfer hence can fail at anytime
Nah i like the big sweeping second hand too much ! I wouldnt be able to resist running the chrono once or twice a day lol
i have ran my 3878 08 chrono for various times without any problem. i just want to enjoy my watch. if something happens, I am willing to go to a watchsmith to fix it because i have a bonding towards the watch and i like it really much. i also have the impression that the chrono works better than in the LPP, maybe because the LPP also has a hour counter for the chrono and the spitfire \ 3878 does not have that (only minute counter)...

I took these pics a while ago. I was trying to put a V6 into a ZF case, did not work..
I will say the one on the left in the first pic is the ZF
ZF had much better overall material quality and the movement was also decorated nicely. Xtal also has a hue closer to the gen.
but ZF assembly was not good - something was always crooked or misplaced.. I bought I think like 4 of these..
V6 is also not perfect but I gave up at one point to look for a flawless one..
