Do you have a source on that? Here's the case thickness given as 9.8mm from the Audemars Piguet website directly..

Here is my source, this is also an official source. a screenshot directly from the official Audemars Piguet catalogue app which updates up to date. (39mm is my typo sorry).
it shows the 9mm thickness.

Finish is lovely S.
Now I’ve worn the 15202 rep I think the 15450 would feel too small for me.
I have 6.7 inch wrist and thought the 39mm 15202 would be too big, it’s not, An SD43 also wears nicely, which suprised me (I had one for a day), haha. My 36mm DJ feels a bit small now.

Where can I get that 15450?
Yea Gen APs 15400 / 15450 / 15202 are known for being slim, 15400/15450 being under 10mm and the 15202 under 9mm. The reps unfortunately aren’t (apart from the quartz) I’m awaiting my 15202 quartz and have 6.7 wrist, I’m hoping that it will sit nicely as it’s 39 mm. It’s those flat lugs that give them the extra size we shall see.
Would really like a 15450 black dial with thinned case, as I think the finish looks pretty good.

I have tried and tried to get along with the 37mm RO on my 6.7” wrist but it’s just too small for my taste. I’ve bought the gold version, the stainless version, blue dial, white dial, black dial....but I just get along with the size.
The quartz 15202 actually wears very big because the bracelet endlinks flares out a little before folding around the wrist.
I think you should try the 15400 for size. At first I thought it was too big (maybe it is) but I like it.

So aside from the size, is the build quality/accuracy on par with the 15400? Some say it's nowhere near 15400, but I also see they were comparing an older version.
quartz is trash compared to jf
Sorry I meant the 15450 (37mm) one. Is it on par with 15400 in terms of build and accuracy?

having owned both, my opinion is the 15400 is very slightly better finished, but both are excellent. You really need to get both and see
How about the dial in terms of quality and closeness to gen? That is, when on the wrist (ignoring case thickness), is it easier to spot the 15450 as a rep?
