Nice! How do the guards look from a front on view? They seemed quite stubby compared to the gen.

Please excuse the angle, maybe I will take better pic tomorrow. Honestly it does not look bad. All things considered, I think Clean did an awesome job. However, I was the first at RWI to point out that the 40mm sub has “pinkish” lume and was affraid this might too…well it does but luckily not too obvious. Only in direct sunlight at an angle will you see the slight pink hue.

Looks good and thanks for the comparisons mate. Yeah I can’t stand the pinkish lume.. seems most CF sub dials have this issue unfortunately

The side profile looks fine, it has the taper (case is wider at the bottom than the top) so the crown guards looks slanted towards the top.
The problem with crown guards on the CF 126610 was similar to the CF 116610, probably best explained in the annotated picture below (I may have over exaggerated the rounded tip to aid the explanation).
Until you take the stickers off and show a front on picture, I cannot tell if there is any improvement from before.

lol.. just spied this on TRF..
This is an example of the real world, I would much rather wear a rep than this abortion.. a gen ruined on the polish wheel.. check those crown guards for £13k. You get weak date mag with that too.

Here are a few better pictures of my 41s. I also took the SEL for a quick comparison. Again, I think CF did a fine job. The cyclop is really not bad at all. Cheers.
With that said, all moving parts, loudness and crisp of the clicks and lumes …..well, gen is gen. Hahaha.
Just a quick question - I ordered mine a few days ago, is it possible to switch an ETA-Movement into it when the installed one dies?

this clasp looked terrible Finnish and shape on the flip latch looks weird. this example looks different to earlier QC pics I’ve seen here. Hopefully nothings changed and this is just a one off

I think what you may be seeing is just a shadow effect on the edges of the flip lock. Maybe better safe than sorry though so you are doing the right thing.
