It would be up to ALE, but basing on historical trend, new watches, especially those which have a large following, are allowed to have QC pictures posted. Anyway, I am sure ALE will visit this thread in less than 24 hours.

To be exact : 63 MINUTES......LOL

QC PICS OF PAM 087 WILL BE ALLOWED IN THIS THREAD

Does the engraving (etching) on the caseback look very different from rep to gen ... I fear yes. Please advise.

Dr. Theo .... has got this model on his WTB list now cause there is a nice blue colored monster croc strap waiting in my strap box for this watch

I'm not concerned with the caseback. It looks very good. They even got the thinly engraved serial correct, which is a characteristic of this model

the fact that H factory even attempted to reproduce the grain from the varnish finish on the dial is astounding!!!!

this is likely one of the best reps ever produced. It may drive me to sell my gen. We shall see when it arrives and passes the in person inspection.

Do you think it's possible to re-fit the hands and have a flush CP? It looks raised in those pics (assuming it's not faux).
Anyway I'm in awe for this rep as well, I might have to delay a few projects...

For gen oweners: I see three different tints of beige/orange in the lumed parts of the dial. Do the lume tint spectrums correspond to the gen?
This is an awesome replica, maybe Jandrew are right: rep of the year 2015.

of course it is! I'm not aware of H factory ever using a faux CP. Thats a trademark of lessor producers like V6 and ZF. HF and noob have always been very good with their build quality and generally don't resort to such shenanigans.

That's it. If Grim is even mildly persuaded to sell of his gen, it's good enough for me. ;)

well spotted, +1. It was my doubt.

yes, baton indexes, numerical indexes and hands are no matching. As Grim said, the 243M hands wold be the better combo (and maybe DSN hands).

It could be the lighting, but does the pearl look a tad too yellow? Garish is probably too strong of a word, but it hits me as kind of egg-yolky. The lighting in QC pics is always suspect I suppose, but this looks to be a fantastic model -- especially the dial!

I think you're right on the pearl but that can be fixed. I'm more concerned with the proud cannon pin.

the dial numerals and the lume on the hands look a lot more yellow than the dial markers...

Tritium color is ok guys... the tritium patina color can vary from a white-off / pale ivory to orange.

I completely agree with Bozz

Talking about accuracy of colours with a gen Tritium dial makes no sense

Lume aging depends on many factors
