I'm pretty convinced at this point that the bracelet is OMF based on the endlinks and the look of the mid links.

Having now seen better pics it is an OMF bracelet for sure. I’m pretty sure I have a V2 VSF bracelet somewhere not in use.

Does anybody know if the issue on the yellowish lumes are fixed on the V2? Am looking for pick one up but the mismatch lume is still a hit or miss as far as i can see....

So, here is the full story now lol.

The seller (really good guy - I won't call out) accidentally sent me the Noob bracelet (I am not sure which Noob omega though). He will be sending me the correct v2 bracelet. So problem will be resolved soon

I’m not aware of any Noob that used those to be honest as they only made Planet Ocean models back in the day. See what comes then. Hope it works out for you bud!

Thanks Fam! Yeah when he told me the wrong bracelet was from Noob, I was a bit confused but maybe once I get it in hand, I will compare it more closely against OMF to see if they match.

This is a bit of off-topic, but what was the best version? I thought it was mk but I think I've read somewhere that it used an incorrect case, right? Any great SMP2012 reps out there?

MK is the best, their case is not 100% correct for SMPc but still is far superior than bp or omf.

My only gripe is with the bezel. The indices seem to fade over time, at least the one I have...gives you kinda a ghost bezel look under certain lighting, but I know it happens on some gens too, check out the link below. Some dig the look, I don't mind.

MK v4 + mr.prof or taka x2 (transparent) AR is the best what you can get.

Heres my blue V4. you can see the indices are a very dark grey and not bright grey like most gens.

Gen is the same. This was mine. The bezel indices' appearance only depends on the lighting, don't take it as a flaw. Those MK's are quite good.

2 years later and still waterproof and McLovin’ it!

Did u ever take it for a swim? And did u get it checked or just went with it? I never got mine checked but i do drown it in the zink and under running water every now and then for cleaning. The big reveal will be when i take it for a swim

Took it into the pool and shower with it. Was water tested 4atm 2y ago. Most will pass 3atm with simple sealing and greasing of seals. But for 4-5ATM some require more checking of crystal areas also. At least that’s what happened to my 3 watches per my friend that is taking a hiatus from the forums for a while ( Tomyumgai ).

Always liked the strap have had one on the lmpo for years, bizarrely haven't on my actual aqua terra

Nice. I was thinking about getting an AT strap.

I'm a big fan of the deployment clasp as well. I have mine on the PO strap.
