Yes the Noob sticks on DD40s dials have always been too fat bc they are re-using the sticks for the DateJust dials for some stupid reason.

And before the purchase, Trusty stated me that thw watch was in stock and available.

I know Noob version has decorated movement but it’s less reliable than a pure A2836

Not sure what you mean about the movement, remove the deco plate and its identical. Same roll of the dice reliability A2836

Looks quite good! I have never been a big fan of the cross hatched dials, but I might go for the Roman numeral one. Very interested in your assessment of the bracelet. I had a BP SS (simulated WG) BP bracelet that was not very good. The edges of the inner links were not well finished (sharp). Probably a shortcut not possible on a RG bracelet though.

Noob's stick might be a little fatter but BP's look too thin to me, compared to gen. The BP lume plot is a lot narrower. It always comes down to personal preference, I think Noob's look better, at least on some dials. You can really see the Day font difference in this pic too.

I was unlucky and my bp 40dd wrapped yg bracelet broke! Spare bracelet is like +400$ but i have been wearing the old one almost every day for over 3 years, so even high price on wrapped ones is totally worth it.

Starting to be annoyed with this guy.

His only answer is that delay is normal in regards to popular watches.

I've been buying reps watches for the lasts 11 years and I know it's not true.

Not the exact same watch but similar. Although they say the Noob sticks are "fatter" than gen, I think in person it looks pretty good and isn't as noticeable as it may appear to be in micro photos. Some also same the BP sticks are too skinny. I think the dial is pretty solid as well.

Yup - first pic is Noob. Font is definitely closer to gen with the exception of the slight gap in “Saturday”.
