Date window had rough edge, DW was off to the left and it looked like tip of the hour hand was blunt.
Definately someone in the factorys last watch on a Friday afternoon lol

I will tell you when I get my QC pics. Your's will probably be in the next batch. If you recall, I did the following:

1. Made an order with credit card on 2/14
2. Was asked on 2/15 to change payment to WU
3. I said I would change to WU if and only if the watch was in stock
4. I was told it was.
5. My expedited payment was picked up 30 minutes after that email.
6. I was then told it was out of stock.

I was in the first v2 crowd (#1). So there's no way you'll be able to get one before I do. So I'll let you know when my QC pics come though. Then you'll know to expect your's one restock cycle later. At least that should help reduce your anxiety.

My last email from Ryan (earlier today) said to expect QC pics within 4-5 business days. So Thursday or Friday of next week. I would guess that, if you didn't get one of the v2 QC pics you won't be in the next group. You'll have to wait one more restock cycle. So, maybe look for QC pics in 10-14 days.

I'm in the exact same boat, but with a large delay/expense added in:

1. Feb 14 - ordered a v3 through Ryan's website, paid via paypal within minutes. Received "Payment received" email 3 hours later

2. Feb 16 - received qc images (of v2), didn't pay attention to bezel or cg shape, focused on dial and bracelet and approved qc 35 mins after receiving them

3. Feb 17 - received tracking number for EMS

4. Feb 24 - received watch via EMS, noticed immediately it was a v2, emailed Ryan to exchange.

5. Feb 25 - received shipping instructions, shipped watch with tracking ($61, I'm in Canada), sent tracking to Ryan.

6. Feb 28 (today) - asked to commence qc procedure on replacement watch, was told they are out of stock and will take about a week to get more.

This will most likely put me receiving qc images for this watch sometime in the week of March 10. Certainly hope it's sooner than that as my package to Ryan should arrive next week Wednesday at the latest.

Do you guys deal with Puretime often? Are they usually sketchy with communication? I've been trying to get an order confirmation email and payment confirmation email since yesterday with no luck. The status of my order says "Payment Confirmed" on their site though. I would think I would get some type of email...right?

Communication is defiantly NOT their strong point.

They will more then likely confirm I with QC pics. Study your pics carefully, ask for a pic of something that really matters to you but ask for a couple to be sure. Once it's on it's way it's practically too late. But PureTime is legit, I've used them with much satisfaction. Something to remember is they are Chinese and speak Chinese very well. English not bad but not like us so be patient and be specific. Also being Chinese they are actually in China so know that if you send something in the AM they won't get it til our PM and from then I find they usually check emails once a day so patience is a virtue. I know waiting is a pain but then you get your watch and play with it and all is good.

Also keep in mind that the confirmation of payment email as well as the QC pics all come from a different email addresses so add them to your contacts beforehand or check your junk/spam folder beforehand.
