The BP factory isn't still producing the old, flawed version of this watch to my knowledge. If anything, Trevor realized that he was charging too little for these watches and decided to bump the price up. I bought one from Trevor for $178 and it is the new version with an Asian clone movement.

Here is mine with the TC bracelet. Mines the 25j -- good watch , I might do a C&R because I was way overhyped by this thread.
I just want to confirm EQ was the TC bracelet --- I knew the clasp --- but when removing the springbars / on my bed / equals stupid mistakes.

That being said, I do have some good news...a gen instert is a direct fit. No issues at all it snaps right in.

Thanks for spamming this thread with a pre sale. Lol This is a good base watch for modding. If you had modded the prior two models, you would see, they required a lot more work. It took the sub years to get where it is.

The TC bracelet is nicer , but besides the clasp the bracelets aren't too different weight/feel/look wise.
The TC clasp is much better though and worth the $40 over the flimsy piece of crap that came on it.
After tightening TC bracelet it feels much better --- I'm no sure if the springbars are in the sel holes or not but its an awesome watch --

Overall this is a damn good rep. Would deff recommend either a Swiss or Asian ETA.
This is by far the best rep pearl I have ever seen!
If you plan on buying this, go ahead and factor in another 45$ for a TC bracelet because it is a must.

Though the rep pearl is very nice, I think the WM pearl is a tad better. Well, maybe except the slightly goldish ring
