Gentlemen, I shouldn't be reading a single complaint about RWI while they are kind enough to set up a refugee camp for us. Remember, this is their house. Take your shoes off and lift the seat when you piss.

Anyways, I just spoke with IT and I suspect RG will be up and running in a few days. There is zero concern of any data loss.

Use this time to make some new friends. There are a lot of GREAT guys over here.

If you come to my house feel free to tell me if theres something is missing, weird, or needs to be upgraded. If it wasn't for my family/friends suggestions every thing I'd wear would be mismatched, and my house would be decorated like a cardboard box. I want to know so my friend will come back. If I can do anything to make someones stay better I'm pleased to show hospitality.

I think any comment that could even be remotely considered negative (which they weren't negative, but a few were discussing) were about mods sometimes being heavy handed on "RG!" And most agreed it makes the forum a much better place to be on.

Otherwise I think the main focus if you read the entire thread was complimenting this site for being so awesome.

CB, always a class act. And I agree! These guys have been very accomodating of us refugees. It really is kind of funny, though, how our main site goes down and we all just bumrush these other guys, instead of going on about our lives outside of fake watch forums.

RG: Sometimes it's too much like walking around Times Square on New Year's Eve.
RWG2: Nice bunch of guys, but more like Time's Square before it was cleaned up.
RWG: Good info, a little too stodgy for me, I tend to avoid it because of the aggravation I feel about members deleting sales thread info when they sell their watches. Really, really, really really, really annoying.

What a shame I'll have to check into what happened to Sylar. He was always a stand up guy, sorry to hear there was a serious issue. DTan I always thought was a awesome guy to. Hopefully he'll kick back in action. This economy has kicked the $%^ of a lot of people. I know its affected my free time a lot, and even my buying decisions. I'm hoping to get active again since I've got the rep itch again!

Neither are the "real" one, the original RWG died years ago, RWG2 was an offshoot that started some time before that and RWG1.1 was started by greg_r and myself shortly after the collapse of the original.

RWG1 is basically about 20 guys, or less, posting cr@p all day. Some new member asks a question which will usually result in him being called a noob and then the thread will go on for 5 pages with only posts of smilies and 'group 69' suggestions. A complete joke of a forum IMO.
