OP, just be calm, I know it's frustating, Puretime sometimes their emails have recently been put in spam folders or they don't recieve them. Try a different email stating your order number or talk to them on the forum with DM.

@Msks66 don’t take it too personally, everybody that accuses a td of scamming gets dragged a little- and lots of us have made mistakes- goodness knows I have. If you’re interested in learning about reps and how to get them there isn’t a better resource than rwi, and you can absolutely be accepted here and become a member of the community in good standing. But if you choose to do so, please read the stickies- the td in this case just got negative publicity for no good reason, which is bad for him and bad for the forum. I’m pretty dang new here but I’ve been reading up obsessively and if you have any questions feel free to pm me and I’ll do the best I can- if you go to the flame free zone for new members to ask your questions you’ll get significantly more competent help than what I can give. If you want to learn, I hope you stay.

I think the type of people like OP, who come in here without using the search or do not invest time to respect the community and learn the ropes (so to say) deserve this kind of treatment. I’m stunned that this is so common. This forum literally walks you through everything. Explains that you need to read up on the process and not to freak out and to never do exactly this. Yet somehow it still happens almost daily. The moderators on this site have some incredible patience for idiocy. JUST REED A LITTLE BIT, It’s really not that difficult to understand.
To me the mistake is really the instant flaming, but you may have higher standards than me. Lord knows I’ve made my mistakes here…
