I put in an order and paid for an item, 2 days later received a reply, stating out of stock and I should have chosen a different shipping method.
I replied back to replace it and I can pay the difference, got no replies to that. then another email asking for a refund and to reorder another available item. but got no replies from the billing address, I also added the pre-sale address, and still no replies,
THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE, DO NOT USE ,

Best not to crucify a dealer and become defensive right off the bat.

1. TD Puretime is not a scam website, this gets under ones skin as we know different.
2. Best to describe what happened and
3. Allow others to help you sort it out.

Reaps is trying #3 but you have not answered him, non responsive is a negative.

so far it is a scam , this is my experience and I have paid $353 and got no replies from them whatsoever, what would you call this but a scam

As asked by tripdog.. post the link to the website you used. Then at least people can try and help. Without it nobody can do anything not even puretime. But shouting SCAM straight away kinda makes people wary of doing anything. And also look at the dates from when you were asked for your order number to when you gave it.. 19 days ... Not really in a panic to help yourself either

‘So far it is a scam’ is idiot logic- it takes time to deliver the product. If you pay for a pizza over the phone and it takes 40 minutes to arrive you don’t (logically) say ‘so far this is a scam’ at the 35 minute mark. People are trying to help you sort this out, but, for example, there are lots of scam websites that look similar to the real one- if you went through one then yes it is a scam, but not a scam by the dealer you’re attacking. Did you read any of the guides on ordering from a Chinese based td before paying, or before this thread? It’s unfortunate your first ever post in this forum is negative.

There are people in this group that have worked with TD’s for years. Did you ever wonder why the list of TD’s is so small considering how many sell replica watches globally?

There's no scam here. Just a misinformed person. I'd check your spam folder, but PT also responded to you here.

Another thing I would do, because this isn't fucking Amazon, is email them first to see what's in stock, payment methods accepted and cover any other questions you have. Look at @Michaelh's post. Great link there.
