No I think the asterisks were mindfully placed, it won’t be stars- ‘watch came*’

I would refund his money and tell him it will be best if you find another dealer. No telling what happens once he gets the watch, might say it is a scam because the watch is a fake. 
Seriously when I was doing internet business I would occasionally decline to sell a customer, I could see problems and it was not worth it, of course I was making very little per sale.
It is not a problem to bring up an issue, just how it was done.
