If you knew @Geonor well enough you'd know he doesn't need any QC help, and knows forum rules about QC. He's probably already accepted that watch and posted it only for the benefit of the members. And in this case also for members like you to notice that particular misalignment. So there's nothing wrong highlighting that.
A completely different thing is having a problem with that. Of all the flaws a rep can have this is, to me, probably the least relevant. And if I was a dealer that got a watch rejected because of this, I'd refund the client and tell him to find another TD.

The point is: it’s useful to know the flaws of a particular watch. That way, everyone can decide for themselves what they find important and what they don't. Speaking of TDs, I’ve had great experiences with Steven from TheOneWatches. For example, you can just tell him: ‘If you ever come across a copy of the XYZ with perfect date (or bezel) alignment, (or the correct hands

For me this bezel “mis“alignment wouldnt be an issue as you dont see it in real life.

Look at my watches, I enjoyed my Submariner, Explorer 1, PAM1312. All perfect QC-ed watches without issues.
Look at the GEN vs Rep posts from Steve. Now this is also a guy who loves to look at details. It's just a great hobby. 'Spot the Difference' I love it!
To clear up some stuff. That's not my QC, I reposted the pics from @sead1999 telegram to get some more real pics of it in the thread. Second, as Feefo said I don't really need qc help and I can probably fix any issue I would have myself, but you don't know me so you wouldn't know that. Third, if that was my QC I wouldn't give a shit about that misalignment and I think my regular TD Hont would blow an artery of I RLd because of something like that

What I find valuable here on RWI is that I can read about and learn from others' good and bad judgment, and I can hopefully limit the need for the latter to be based on my experience only. I absorbed for months before even joining - and the exchanges are informative. Even the disagreements are fairly civil - that's rare across the globe now.

The bezel alignment is off .0001mm!! Unacceptable. Man, we are such nerds.
With all due respect, this is bullshit. All they're doing is cramming unrealistic QC demands into newbies that are unattainable for a 1/100th Gen price watch. This ultimately makes the watches more and more expensive.
You can also fix that bezel alignment non-issue on your end by simply turning the bezel less than a hair

Some guys just never had a chance for having hands on a gen watch. They are no magic, they are just watches...
I had to check pics of multiple gens to see if that's a thing and looks like it is, so good spot 
If you reject QC for that and are hoping to keep rejecting until you get one that is perfectly in the right spot you could be waiting a lifetime as the odds are not in your favor if they are installing the inserts at random positions
If it really bothers you and you dont want to get it adjusted on your end then wait for V2 and hope it's resolved then.

Now I'll order one from hont, ask for live QC only to reject because of this issue and see him losing it in real time. That's gonna be epic!

It's getting ridiculous. Gen inserts are definitely NOT aligned to bezel teeth.

Kudos to @hendric for prompting the discussion on the matter, my own Google-fu conclusion of which is: gen does appear to be often aligned as demonstrated in the comparison, but not always.
That said, this should not be a reason to ever reject a QC, unless hont fucked your girlfriend and you need to hit him back. If it aesthetically bothers you for some reason, have a watchmaker fix it or learn to do it yourself.

I agree with you 100%. I just spotted a small flaw, that's all. BTW, Clean Factory knows all the flaws, even ones we don't know yet

This bezel alignment thing is SAD. I have a gen No Date. It isn't aligned. I didn't know it was supposed to be. Big whoop. Wow. This is just like everyone losing their minds over the laser engraving on the inside track not lining up with the chapter ring marks. GENS ARE NOT EVEN 100% PERFECT.
