This cyclop is a big dick in the ass....sorry for my french lenguage...
I and Depp would try to lower the xtal but i don't have space for doing it...

Here we need only the gen xtal because a new cyclop mean lose the ar coating and black hole effect.
My sd43 is the v1 batch so i'm ordering another one(v2).
Another way much more easier could be remove the cyclop and leave the watch without it.
Some gen owners on rolex forum did it because they didn't like the cyclop on a seadweller(first time).
I'm thinking about it....

Congrats. Literally thats all you need to make the watch to be .99:1

The gen crystal and datewheel makes all the difference to the watch. Aside from the slightly thicker lugs(which is not easy to spot) i think the watch is really close.

If you ever wanna let this go, hit me up
Also, possible to get another crystal from your source?

Amazing thread guys. The gen crystal in this amazing watch looks sweet!!! As mentioned virtually impossible to source a gen crystal. I have a replacement generic sapphire on route and going to look into ARing the cyclops to get a black hole version.

The gen xtal is really awesome!! you have the best SD43 out there i would like to get a gen xtal but sadly it's very hard to get one even i offered higher price, would you mind sharing your source? may i know what's the size of the xtal and thickness?
