I put mine back on the nato for the first time since receiving it 3 weeks ago, and wow i forgot how lightweight the watch is! The steel mesh really weighs the titanium case down and makes it feel heavier than it really is. Weightless on the nato!

And it looks sharp too!

I can’t say I’m a fan of it on the nato, it feels to light. But I haven’t tried it out on my GEN Spectre nato yet, maybe a softer one and it will feel better.

The crown is really loose. I don’t want to take the back off to remove the stem and re-thread lock the crown though, but I’m a bit worried about using some needle nose pliers to do the job with to save taking the back off, knowing my luck I will snap the stem if I do it that way. I’ve got to say at this point I’m a little underwhelmed with VSF QC’ing. First a loose bezel now a loose crown, when will it end?

So sorry to hear about the issues you are facing with yours. Just unlucky or you received a bad piece. Some of us here including myself have had no issues with the watch... I wouldn't try to fix it myself though. Unless you know a watchmaker who can take a look at it, I'd leave it alone.

When did you order Matt and who from? As far as I’m aware a lot are waiting for QC pics due to what must be the factory not being able to keep up with demand.

She wears a black Aqua Terra on a black nato strap later in the movie too. As for the SMP, at this point I'm sure that it is a standard issue for the MI6 double-0 agents. She mentioned in the trailer she is a double-0. Bond has it (while in retirement?), and she has it too. Makes sense to have the broad arrow too, thus marking it as British government property.

Now that you mention it I was reminded this same broad arrow was also printed all over the UK jails' uniforms wore by the criminals, and it makes sense that double O assassins should wear it too! ;D

How long does it last so visible btw ?

Since you asked, and I was curious too, I did a lume test.

I included the V2 NTTD, the 2018 SMP 300 and a Citizen diver that recently won an online lume challenge against watches like a gen Rolex Sub.

The bezel on the NTTD was out after 50 minutes and the whole watch was out in 150 minutes.

The SMP 300 and the Citizen lasted 3.5 hours (210 minutes).

Note that by these end times the lume on the watches was BARELY visible but still there.

Sead, about 2 weeks ago. He told me there was a holiday in China that has slowed things down on top of the virus, so fair enough. Plus I guess it’s the wait for new stock. It’s just frustrating knowing that this only precedes the shipping situation with 4px which is a slow painful experience too!!

From notification of shipping mine took about 15 days so it wasn’t that bad. I put an order in with Sead on Friday and it will be with me either tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest so I think that’s the way I will be going for a while.

The one available now is the best. But the mesh is steel. Go for it if you don't mind the steel mesh. Looks fantastic and very gen like on the nato though. Wait for a month or so, maybe less and we'll probably have a titanium on titanium mesh version.

I’ve just noticed that the crown is super shaky on mine, it feels like it will fall off when it’s pulled out. Anyone else with this issue?

Oh not again... I had the stem problem with Seamaster Diver 2018. The stem fall off
