The 9015 is a pretty solid movement without many issues - and if so it is easily fixable for any watchmaker. once the deco is removed a stock 9015 lays underneath.

Better don't think about sending the watch back to china if it arrives DOA.

Thanks for the advice! I have a good feeling about this watch. Let's be honest I won't be that person who is able to spend that much on a Gen AP. I think 500$ is fine for automatic watch with such a craftsmanship (although design etc is stolen). I'm not even sure if a Tissot or what else is in that price range would be so much better of a watch? I'm very curious myself about that watch. Hopefully it will arrive this week!

Should be getting my 15202 next week if nothing major happens (it's already in UK thanks god)

One thing to say:

1) look at brushing some are terrible brushed.

2) look at slendered logos mine is also slight slendered seems like a common issue like on the 15400.

3) printing is still a problem

not much space for thinning it... if you cut the angle it will shrink in diameter and won't line up with the mid case. So you have to throw the deco away and thin the mid case itself.

but with that DW and CP the thickness is the last problem we should worry about...

Never heard of DP factory? Yes I can post a pic of both.

Thank you. Well, midcase thinning is even better really, as it's visible from the wrist. Completely unanswerable question without the watch in hand, nonetheless... How much space saving would a deco plate removal on average achieve please?

Ok say you gain .5 you are still a far cry from gen

Assume the cp csn be fixed but then you are left without solution for the datewheel

I cant see how this can be a successful rep as it is
