I give up....

you guys are comparing pictures, with other pictures and creating problems that simply isn't there. It’s confusing to new/other members.

get the watches IRL, take them apart and measure them with the correct equipment and then we will talk

Ok so I had my ZZF 114060 fitted with a prof 2xar and now this indentation around the centre pin is driving nuts. I just can’t unsee it! Li says they are all like this to some extent and from research that seems to be the case. Question is where can I get a replacement dial thats as close to gen as poss without needing a donor watch that fits this A3130 movement. Thanks

Aren’t the ZZF inserts by Clean factory supposed to use real platinum for plating?
I remember the Clean Daytona inserts are claimed real platinum?

That’s a shame. The ZZF insert is beautiful.
Did you try just cleaning the numerals dish soap and warm water in case it’s a little dirty?

FYI the movement is an A2836 with some fake deco engraving and a different rotor that mimics the appearance of the new Rolex monobloc rotors. So look for a dial with ETA feet for easiest replacement. Although any correct diameter rep or gen dial can be fitted if the dial feet are re-positioned. A great source of dials is TDs. Their willingness to source one can vary depending on your established relationship and the size of your order. Buying a watch and adding a dial to the order is good incentive to them.

Before and after toothbrushing (top right side was extra dirty and thus dark grey):

Yes, use warm water with soap and a toothbrush and that's it. Takes 2-3 min.

For others who claim its fading take before and after pics and let's see if it helps as it did with mine.

I can confirm Kalev's easy fix helped on mine as well. Might give it another brush in a few days to see, if that makes it even better.

I'm now doing it regularly with my two ZZFs as I use and abuse them a lot - washing a car, swimming in the sea, SUP boarding and so on so they do get dirty often. I guess it's the case with all of the ceramic inserts that they do collect dirt in the engravings just as the bracelet/clasp collects dirt in some hard to reach areas.

this 2020 gen also has the indentation. I know that it’s bothersome for some of us, but it’s there on some gens too.

DR Russell @vbgood11 All gens since the glossy dial era have the indentation. As computer people would say, this is a "feature not a bug."

No they dont. I have a gen 116610LN from January 2020, and it does not have even the slightest indentation
