Hear is my QC pic i have zoomed in. Although the pic is not the sharpest but the pearl doesn't seems raised like you pic.

You could try with a Cape Cod covering a piece of wood trying to polish the pearl in parallel with the plane of the pearl ring (trying not to touch the brushing surface of the bezel)

Would a small piece of cape cod tied over the end of a manicure stick (you know those pointed wooden sticks they use for manicures) be useful to shape the pearl inside the ring?

Maybe that will be too small to keep the plane of work. Perhaps a manicure file will do better the job

It appears that the CP is being corrected in the new batches from the V6F factory.

While there are some minor flaws in this watch, I will say I am so damn impressed with this watch. I just got mine in and can not stop admiring the hobnail dial. And, the overall feel of this watch is stellar. Bezel lines up perfectly, great click and solid feel to it. And the rep strap is surprisingly quite nice (for a rep strap).
