Got mine on Monday, should have it this weekend:

The pearl is passable, but I've come to conclusion that all pearls need some kind of modding out of the box -- expecting the factories to get it perfect may be a bridge too far haha.

The CP on the puretime images seems a little bit more flat/domed (not as pointy) than the QC pics above... Or is is just how the pics were taken?

Is this watch designed for right wrists only? Does it look weird or feel uncomfortable on the left wrist?

If anything, I think it will be more comfortable to wear on the left wrist without the crown guard rubbing on your wrist. But it might be weired operating crown. Also seeing the datewheel position and dates changing from the bottom of the date window.

I loved wearing my 026 on left wrist. Fits so good and CG isn't a problem being on left or right side.

Operating a crown can be weird but let's be honest, how many of us really sets the date and time while watch is on the wrist?

Doing so puts strain on the stem as you are not rotating the crown perfectly on the axis. This is also true for winding manual movements. So adjust the time and date as well as wind your PAMs when the watch is off your wrist. ;)
